About Me

I knew there was an opportunity to bring my wonderful pastries from France to the U.S.A. and
share my family’s traditional recipes with everyone. I began making my own pastries after
asking my close friends and family to help me test recipes for hours. I wanted each pastry to be
unique, delicious and fun. I feel as though my baking skills have created a niche for myself and I
am excited to have the opportunity to share what I love with everyone else. Explore the shop and
